There appears to be no end to Pigshagger’s mendacity, does there? He’s been spooking the herd again about the likely impact of Britain voting to leave the EU.

Last week we had his toff chum Gorgeous George saying it would cost every household four and a bit grand. The sums were, as I pointed out, a/ flawed, and b/ completely speculative anyway. Nobody’s ever left the EU, so the effects on the economy are totally unknown. NOBODY KNOWS!

Now we have Pigshagger gobbing off about how leaving will destabilise Europe and make war more likely. Funnily enough, we didn’t join what was the then EEC until 1973, and to my certain recall there had been no European war in the intervening years since the end of WWII. I’m sure somebody will correct me here if I’m wrong.

He then has the sheer unmitigated gall to invoke the wartime graves in Europe as evidence of what might await our continent (Pigshagger’s words) if we in the UK decide to pull the plug. How dare he? Who the f*** does he think he is, pulling a cheap stunt like that? Does he think we’re all stupid? That last one was rhetorical, by the way.

This comes after all the nonsensical babble about losing access to vital security information that will help us stop the bogeymen coming to get us. There are two aspects to this.

Firstly, does anybody really believe that some security guys in France, say, or Germany, or indeed anywhere, would sit on information about a threat to the UK? They’re really going to say, ‘Well stuff the Brits, who cares if they die? Should have voted to stay, so they brought it on themselves, didn’t they? Joke’s on them now, isn’t it?’ They’re really going to say that, are they? I doubt it.

Then I get some support on this steaming pile of bullshit from two unexpected sources. Lord Evans, a former director of MI5, and Sir John Sawers, former head of MI6, waded in, and pointed out that although EU security info is useful, most of the really important stuff is done with the US, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

The detestable Pigshagger also went further, saying it has been only 20 years since the genocide in the Balkans. As I remember it, the EU was in existence then, but that didn’t stop anything, did it? Nor did it stop Russia annexing the Ukraine a little while ago.

He’s a despicable little toad. I’m actually mildly Remain, but I might be tempted to vote Out just so he loses and gets to a/ look even more of tit than he already does, and b/ maybe be ousted in a palace coup.
